HCVS Families,
Hamilton County Schools has a new messaging system. We no longer use School Messenger. We will be using ParentSquare this year.
Powerschool has updated to the 26-27 school year. We are working to set up our new and returning students to HCVS. If your student is no longer attending HCVS due to a move out of the district or returning to their zoned school, please email me.
We do have our New Parent/New Student Orientation meetings set.
The schedule is below. All meetings are at Hillcrest (4302 Bonny Oaks Drive).
8/10-Monday-Elementary School Orientation-9:00 am – 12:00 pm
8/11-Tuesday-Middle School Orientation-9:00 am – 12:00 pm
8/12-Wednesday-High School Orientation-9:00 am – 12:00 pm
8/13-Thursday-New Parent Night-6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Our Open House/Annual Title I Meeting is typically held in mid-September.
My normal email schedule is every Sunday at 2:00 pm.
